At Relabelled we do not operate a booking in system so are available to receive your deliveries at anytime within our warehouse opening hours which are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday (Bank Holidays excluded). Deliveries are accepted either as carton count or palletised, for larger orders pallets are preferred, in this manner they can be shipped back as pallets which is normally a more cost effective shipping option.
All relabelling orders are quoted for on the basis that we receive garments ready to sew, ie they will be sorted by colour and by size and not be individually bagged (as you would normally expect to receive an order from a wholesaler), we work box for box and will despatch orders to you in the boxes in which they were received (where orders are requiring bagging additional recycled boxes will normally be added).
If despatching from either yourself or your printers please ensure that your company or brand name is clearly marked on each box - we normally receive multiple consignments from each carrier so this aids ensuring that your order is properly identified.
Where shipping from a wholesaler please ask that they identify your company name, alternatively many wholesalers operate a plain cover shipment, if you request this then the delivery notes accompanying the delivery show your company details rather than the wholesalers name.
We do not offer a collect from customer service as we have found that it is more convenient for our customers to arrange a collection at a time of their own choosing, should you not already have an account in place with a carrier you will find the links below to carriers who offer one off collection services.

You should also note that with garments being despatched to ourselves you will be covered by the carriers goods in transit loss terms and conditions, this will normally (though you should refer to their terms and conditions) suffice for standard plain T shirts though as the loss is normally covered on a maximum per kilo basis will not fully cover the value of other garments.
For garments despatched from ourselves, we are not able to insure your garments in transit and your maximum recompense for any goods lost in transit will be that recompense offered by the carrier, currently Interlink for cartons & Grand Prix for pallets, using the hyperlink to these companies will take you to their detailed terms & conditions of carriage.
